USPS took 10 days. USPS sent item to Richmond Va. (I live in Virginia) from PA only to send it back to PA for 3 days before making back to Virginia. I know Beavers Engraving is not to blame. Shame on USPS.

He is also very prompt when replying to inquiries. He's also willing to combine shipping when multiple name plates are ordered at the same time. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough!
