Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.

Für den Preis aber immer noch super. Wurde mit dpd versendet.

I understand that technically they had the right to do so because I was 2 weeks late from the 30-day guarantee, but at least some human respect or response? Nope, NONE!!! Got their money and did not care at all... Well, here is my negative feedback with the truth of how UNRELIABLE these sellers are!
