As it was cheaper than most options I saw, but better quality when i read the description.

Contacted seller to try and work things out but said I should’ve known about the problem. Missing parts cost $32 plus shipping. Asked them to refund me $20 and I’ll pay the rest, which should be another $20 including shipping . Seller refused. Winch is useless and so is the seller.
