First off this framed jersey is absolutely beautiful from the frame to the jersey to the matting to the backing. I didn't realize how huge this piece of memorabilia would look until it arrived. The care given to pack this delicate gem is second to none. Very professionally packed and labels all over box alerting shipper fragile and breakable item. Very impressed with care given to this end of the purchase. Shipping was lightning fast!

HOWEVER, the seller responded immediately and gave me several options. I chose to have them ship a new frame, which arrived the next day, and had a local frame shop they suggested fix it (also same day). Communication and customer service was top notch. Very reputable and accommodating. I highly recommend this seller. The framed Jersey I got is SPACTACULAR!
