I originally did not receive the size platform I wanted (3” vs 6”) but the seller was responsive in correcting that issue. Assembling the platform takes care to insure you do not see glue spots in the very small areas in which glue must be applied to keep it together. It did not come with assembly instructions. All products selected have been well-packaged, promptly sent and safely delivered. All products are as advertised and a welcome addition to this effort. This vendor and the others I've accessed in this project are all first-timers for me, but I would use or recommend any or all in future. Thanks!!

So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping. Odd
