Came in basic jewel case as expected but it has a plastic pocket that’s ready for a printed cover. Game works with no issues. Awesome price and value for its good condition. However -- cover artwork not what was pictured in description (original listing depicted UK CD artwork, item I received had different US artwork). Item was inexpensive (and the music content is the same on both releases) so it's not a huge issue. In the future however, I suggest the seller post photos of the actual item they are selling.
