Contacted the seller, they stated they would send out replacement. I received the replacement almost a month from the original purchase only to find I was shorted , not a full box as pictured. The company could do a much better job being honest about what they are selling and listing accordingly. Left positive feedback only for the effort to correct the problem.

Seller could do better, still gets 4 stars and a positive.

Unfortunately, they shipped pump in original box and did not put inside another box. A plastic part was broken upon arrival, which was fine in their photos. They offered a full refund with return. I requested a partial refund in hopes I could fix/glue the broken part or replace it. I bought other pumps from them and they double boxed them...no issues there. I would buy from them again.
