The book arrived damaged in a corner, obviously the carrier's fault. I contacted by message the seller. He/she responded quickly to ask what did I want to do. I asked for a full refund. The seller refunded the full payment and left me with the book. I am very satisfied with the whole service. I will try to fix cosmetically the damaged spine and try to use it.
