Buyer was unsatisfied with their purchase. I offered a free return & full reimbursement. Continued ranting in several messages that he was unsatisfied with the condition of his item. I repeatedly offered a free return & total reimbursement. Then he wanted his money back, keep the item AND for me to send him a replacement. Then continued threatening me with Neg. feedback and reporting me to eBay. Patiently waiting for the report. Good luck with that bozo.
