The item was shipped on time and a valid tracking number was provided. Unfortunately, international shipping and customs delays are beyond my control. I offered the buyer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but the offer was refused. The buyer repeatedly sent numerous unpleasant messages and demanded a higher refund. When I did not agree to that, he left negative feedback.
