The item is exactly as described, and the communication was superb and prompt. I really appreciated the seller resending the item promptly when I didn’t receive it the first time due to postal issues. As someone in the US, the shipping cost and time weren’t ideal, which is why I left lower ratings for those categories. But that’s beyond the seller’s control.
