    The shipping on the item was okay, but as soon as it got processed - duties were applied, so this item was abit more than expected. Packaging was very good, description was spot on, but for value duty cost should've been upfront with the purchase as shipping price. If I was informed about the duties, would've paid that along with the purchase and shipping at the time. For duties ended up paying $54.07 CAD extra on-top the purchase and shipping. I'll buy again, great item, thanks.

    Very bad experience dealing with this seller. I explained why we were not able to test this product until two weeks past the thirty day return deadline. I sent the seller a message telling them TWO very important parts were missing out of this "NEW" machine (open box) I bought the first part for 16.00 and now the second part is 34.99 . They only offered me a credit of 35.00 . Very unsympathetic. I would never do business with this seller . again! They did not care .
