That tells me this seller will do the right thing even when it cost more than the item was worth to send it back. The filter's original box was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed inside another box, which itself was wrapped in bubble wrap. The entire package could have been chucked out of a moving vehicle and come out unscathed. Shipped fast and was exactly as described. Good price altogether, thank you!
