When notified, the Seller responded promptly and offered a replacement which was shipped just as quickly and arrived safely. The “Humane Mouse Trap” functions properly. It seems to be sturdy enough to last a long time. It is reasonably priced. Customer Service was exemplary and that is always a big PLUS!

To fix, grind the round steel bar flat where it contacts the trigger at the top. Then it will stay set and not trip so easy.
