A little superglue restored it to its pre sent condition. The item itself was extremely well packaged. The chair had broke during transit. I think this is more to do with the design of it being a weak point and the mail service not treating the item as fragile. It was more expensive than other items in the range but I still found the price reasonable. It looks great and is a welcome addition.
