But that's just typical of how DPD handle the parcels, very heavy handed. The laptop works just fine, the condition is better than expected. Just a shame who ever tested the system didn't remove their account from it, before sending it. So had to create a new user, as cannot remove the other unless a full factory reset is done. But otherwise its great for its age of 8 yrs old.

The seller had clearly gone to a lot of trouble when packing the item which was great as just the care that had been taken in the packing gave me confidence in the item. 3. It arrived as described in the listing in fact in far better condition than I was expecting. 4. Very good price for the item. 5.
