The Dorseys, Miller, Shaw, Goodman, the Duke and the Count, they're all here in their ORIGINAL performances in AMAZING HI-FI STEREO. These are NOT re-recordings but the real thing, transformed. Here's what Billy Vera writes in his notes: "our tech wizards have found a way to take 80-year-old mono recordings and convert them into the very best stereophonic, multi-channel sound you will ever hear. Don't ask me how they worked this miracle. Hearing these classics from the '30s and '40s this way is as close to Heaven as you'll ever experience. After listening and saying to myself, 'This can't possibly be. My ears are lying to me,' I'm convinced. The impossible is not only possible, but real." If you know Big Band you'll recognize all these great songs, including the bonus track by Marilyn Monroe from Some Like It Hot. 23 Stereo Debuts. Includes 12-page booklet with notes by Billy Vera.
