As a result thr bra was torn and cut across the strap and so ruined. I can't believe you didn't even put shrink wrap round it first and made the plastic so thick and tightly bound to the bra without warning. Why would you not just use a knife to cut edge instead of cutting half tge packet away with scissors. Customer only made contact after she left feedback. As a good will gesture offered one free if ordered another awaiting response.
