I ordered six (.5) micron water filters and received six (5) micron filters instead. I immediately contacted the seller, they argued they sent the correct filters. So, I went to their store and sent links to the model they sent me showing it was incorrect. They still wanted to give only a partial refund. After complaining to Ebay directly, I got a full refund.
