Purchase was uncomplicated. Shipping was so quick; I'm sure they had it packaged and ready within an hour of purchase. The item was beautifully packaged and arrived undamaged. The slab was placed in a team bag, then into a bubble mailer, then wrapped in cardboard, then in more packaging material, and finally tightly secured in it's package.
