When I first contacted seller, no response. Then they responded on 3rd contact, and wanted their hibiscus back. No effort to send me what I ordered. I asked them to send me ginger, and put a return evp w postage to return hibiscus. They refused, sending me a return label where I have to buy a return evp. Why so many flakey sellers on eBay now? I’m not here to fix their mistakes.
