What ends up happening is that the area where the strips are folded eventually will cause the glass on the iMac to come loose. These strips need to be shipped in a flat box or a flat envelope. I've been doing this for quite some time and have had nothing but trouble with strips that have creases in them.

However, the screen I got had some imperfections and contacted them to see if they can replace it. Not only did they replace the part for me but the even did a next day shipping on it.
