Without hesitation or quibble, on the same day my return was authorised and free return label e-mailed, plus refund provisionally approved. Furthermore, my replacement belt was received PDQ (pretty d*m quick). Very impressive customer focused professional seller.

I still haven't been told by them that the parcel is delivered. No contact what so ever,4 days after the parcel arrived. Appart from this, the seller was very helpful, and the service bang on.

Communication throughout from Rob was extremely helpful & the new belts were sent out & we received them the following day.
