Finish was not quite as smooth and shiny as the arbor that came with the 3/4" chuck I also bought, but the arbor seems to fit snug in another 20mm chuck I already had. Will know more when I use it.

Fedex screwed up and I got it after 3 days. I appreciate the fast shipping attempt and the communication, but even if it wasn't my fault and my customer expressed that the item didn't arrive when expected, I would still offer them a discount of some sort.
