The only issue that I've had with the whole transaction is with the postal system, not the seller. It actually arrived in Kingsport twice (the 9th& the 12th) before being shipped again to a few cities in Va., Tn. and North Carolina. The flag was priced very fair and in perfect condition. The seller was an excellent communicator. Thank you! AAA+++++++++++
