Higher end pots have no residual variation when changing direction on the screw. These pots, when going ccw to lower the output voltage, actually go up a bit before starting to go back down. When going cw to increase the output voltage, it is steady as a rock. So, for anyone else buying one, start from a lower output & then increase & you should be fine. These are obviously meant to be "set it & forget it". O.K.

Beware because some dc-dc's just shut down all together or have current surge. I do see soft start switch with hope I don't have to add external circuit to avert above problem.

It happens to us all and we don't like it happening to us but, S..T happens. I was grateful to know that he was understanding enough to respond to this issue befalling this multiple order of items. All of the other items checked out fine. I will be returning to this seller for future orders needing to be filled.

Keep the item sent in error and get refunded completely or keep the item mailed in error and the Seller would send out the correct item at no cost. I chose to have the correct item be mailed to me. They acted in a timely manner and the item is being shipped. They stood behind their word and were very customer focused. Their warehouse made a mistake. Turned a negative into a positive.
