The quality was brilliant, condition brilliant defiantly value for money if your sky+ box goes wrong and dont want Q or Glass this is the one to get loads of stars ******* Also spoke to us helping us on a Sunday very helpful and it wasnt even them it was sky's problem.

Note that it takes a few minutes to start up which is normal for Sky boxes when they are first plugged in. Don't worry about it for the first 5 or 10 minutes. It's slightly smaller than the old model we replaced. I really appreciated that everything I needed was in the box, ready to go. Well worth it in my opinion.

Signal is so good picked up a second satellite signal!. For sky, the signal is 10/10 and 9/10 even though dish not really level - I couldn't find a way to adjust the levelling of the dish using the in-built spirit level, the brackets supplied didn't seem to make this possible, but thankfully it didn't matter. Dish assembly instructions could be better. But excellent package, excellent delivery, very pleased.
