I decided to open it up and look inside and immediately could tell that this had not been cleaned out like what was said in the product description. The contact pads were ripped which explains the little feedback I was getting. The screws were stripped and one of the hinges that held them in place was broken off. Really a shame since this product came just on the 15th instead of the 7th like it was supposed to.
