The "Smokey and the Bandit Pursuit Pack" is a box set of all three "Smokey and the Bandit" movies. Each of the popular "Smokey and the Bandit" films is a comedy. The primary character on the two-disc set is Bo "Bandit" Darville who accepts a job illegally transporting liquor across state lines. During the trip, Smokey, code name for officers of the law, chases Bandit. Before Bandit can deliver his goods, a series of hijinks and high-speed racing occur. "Smokey and the Bandit Pursuit Pack" follows Bandit as he tries to outwit Smokey. The two-disc set includes the original movie that was released in 1977 and the sequels that were released in 1980 and 1983. The comedy has been remastered to DVD standards. "Smokey and the Bandit Pursuit Pack" is formatted as a box set that in presented in full color in widescreen. The DVD set meets NTSC standards. The movies are rated PG with a run time of 282 minutes and released to video by Universal Studios. "Smokey and the Bandit" stars Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, Jerry Reed, Jackie Gleason, and Paul Williams.
