I mix them with a little cocoa, malt extract (for sweetness and B vits), Ovalitne, and warm water. It's a delicious drink and I'm getting very into it. I definitely think my health has improved as well. I bought this mushroom mix to help kick the final stages of Covid out of my system. I really think they have helped so much! Highly recommend.

The seller refuse every option, I even send a photo of invoice, which clearly states 125 grams. I paid £16 for 500grams and I received 125grams instead

As ebay is not giving me any section to give feedback on the seller, I will do it here - especially as I can't post the feedback without writing something here! Basically, if I had read some of the negative reviews I wouldn't have bought from this seller as the same thing happened to me. No item received and no response to communication. I had to get ebay involved to get my money back. I'd recommend you stay well away from this seller.
