This seller does a complete and thorough job of insuring your item survives the transit to your door steep. I wish all my items were packed with such attention to detail. Did I mention the shipping cost was NOT a rip off! USN, Ret.

The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again.
