I opened a Item Not Received case and seller still did not communicate of ship until the day eBay would have had to step in. I will not be making any further purchases from this seller in future. Despite the buyer's conclusions the product began to make progress while the Item not Received case was in progress - the case was opened almost immediately after purchase. The real story here: the buyer uses our products as some type of craft they pass off as they're own creation and was upset because they had trouble filling an order. Item Acceptance (received by USPS) on June 10th As for when and why the case opened, package was supposed to delivered on June 4th, Case was opened on the 5th because there was no tracking information until June 10th. Funny how this seller's typical excuse are all the same and apply to all their unsatisfied customers.

All products selected have been well-packaged, promptly sent and safely delivered. All products are as advertised and a welcome addition to this effort. This vendor and the others I've accessed in this project are all first-timers for me, but I would use or recommend any or all in future. Thanks!!

So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping. Odd
