Started a return with eBay as they ignored them, eBay refunded me when I sent them back. No communication at all. I contacted the seller on on two occasions asking very politely if they were aware that my purchase had not arrived ,I’d already waited 12 days which was way beyond the suggested arrival dates . Sadly they chose not to communicate with me which led me to contact e bay. Due to e bay’s intervention I am now awaiting a refund.
