Even if the body style is the same, there are minor differences in model years that would affect the path of the pipe, the sensor, etc. If you do have a 2006-2009, and you installed the rubber mount correctly (in BETWEEN the bracket and the car), then we guarantee it to fit, or your money back. Sorry for the trouble!
