I had a question about an order I received because it didn't match the listing photo. I messaged seller to check if a mistake was made but he didn't answer so I messaged him again and said if a sheet was missing from this order please send it but I was told to return it so I did, I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FREE.I didn't try to connive anything he just didn't care what issue I had. He created his own narrative he didn't have say untruths the way he did .

So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping.
