Remove the plastic bit, put the screw THROUGH the plastic bit, attach license plate, THEN the chrome caps fit only the plastic which is being held on by the screw. My only critique is the screws they sent me don’t have backs/ washers and the ones I have now don’t fit, so I’ll be making an extra trip to the hardware store. Fits my California motorcycle license perfectly. Very pretty.

- *****- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI ordered from them the first time and was sent the wrong one wasn’t long enough for my car window so I emailed their customer service they told me no problem to send them a photo of the product and that they would send me a refund and to just request product return and they would email me their prepaid return form i received the email within a couple hours and printed the form and packaged the box up returned it and ordered another one witch fit great awesome customer service thanks a lot !
