The mounts aren't the same but if you have the right screws you can use the existing ones without issue. Got mine in and powered up straight away and recovered 11TB so happy days. Amazing turn-around from the seller and will likely buy another for my other ReadyNAS 2100, Just in case :-)

They offered advice and provided a solution which so far is working. Quick delivery of the power supply that was well packaged, as described and good value. They helped make it a very smooth transition from the old PSU to the new.
