When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.

I contacted the seller and he responded immediately, apologized, and immediately shipped out the correct replacement parts. I accidentally left my old work address as my shipping address. I saw it right after I ordered so I sent a message to the seller asking if the order could be sent to my home address. I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them.
