The only problem is the reservoir cup needs to have the hole knocked out, so the piece that slides on top of it does not lock in like on the OEM ice maker, so it tends to slide up. I had to duct tape it in place but works fine.

I contacted SEARS and they wanted $118 plus s/h in addition to paying for product here I was certain this product was USED it new as stated , when it arrived nothing missing, nothing broken not thrown over the garage, my neighbors yards +A+++++5 stars very good seller every purchase is backed up no misrepresentations here

Unfortunately this very fragile item had a crack that was barely visible rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller who got back to us immediately. He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you
