Since Quantum had such a great reputation, we all thought that they just might raise the quality of the Seagate product, but no, they were still no better than an expensive "DOOR STOP". I know that some people really like Seagate, but I am old enough to remember way back when. Thanks for being so quick.

Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.
