The item had no packaging/lavel, was simply stuffed in a shipping bag. I have my previous order from the same company, and it came inside of another bag with their own label on it, this one as evident in the photo, came in just a bag. I requested my money back to send it back but no response was ever provided back to me. I’m not going to use filter mesh’s in tanks that just comes shoved in a shipping bag with no care by this company.
