It was wrapped so securely and came in a very durable carrying case that has custom fit hard foam to protect the instrument. There was a delay after it shipped to the US and I messaged seller and they resolved it right away! The crystal harp plays beautifully with mallets and with water on your fingers. It was brand new and I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
