When I reached out and sent photo evidence of re-boxing, they sent deceptive images of the same item listed elsewhere on eBay, but neglected to state the images they sent were from New (Other) items. If they had just taken the time to look at Brand New in box items listed they would have seen that the evidence I sent was irrefutable. I guarantee you we did not reveal these or any other items, we acquire them through liquidation so if its a new box product it will usually have a box defect. We accepted your return request, definitely not fraudulent or deceptive abd im sorry you feel that way. Shown evidence of resealed box, they replied "The item is brand new" then asked "Why you didn’t take photo of the whole back", which I sent. They replied "That’s not resealed" (NOT TRUE). They replied "They dome sealed from factory 2 ways" (NOT TRUE). They sent 4 pics of resealed items on eBay and stated "So you think all these people on eBay found the exact tape to reseal them?" but didn't mention all were "New (Other)". Kept changing their story. DON'T TRUST THIS SELLER!
