However, when I received it, it does not fit in my fridge. I contacted the seller and I was told the same part number was used for different fridges and the shelves might be different. I sent the seller some pictures and they immediately started looking for the shelf that I need. They sent a picture of what they found and are seeing it as a replacement at no charge to me! The is great customer service!

We were advised in the description that it had been used or in a display, but the condition of the shelf and glass was very good. It was wrapped and shipped in excellent condition.
