I messaged daily after my offer was accepted and got no response. While still waiting to get a response the seller "shipped" my item on the 26th of August. This only consisted of making a shipping label but never giving the package to the shipping carrier. EBay just closed my request today and I can finally receive a refund after more than 2 weeks of waiting. Seller said “the phone DOES NOT POWER ON. So I am not sure about the mic the iCloud should be removed if not I can easily remove it if it powers on" This is very contradicting to the listing as that description says "The phone powers on then immediately shuts off' and the Title says "Cracked Back bad mic no power". I offered to order again and then revise my feedback, seller won't make it right and said no
