The advertising photos are always excellent representation including color, shipping is timely, the rugs are always well packaged, and quality for price has always been excellent value, in my opinion.

It has a little bit of an unpleasant odor, which I’m hoping will dissipate. I was also a little disappointed in the packaging—the rug was simply wrapped in plastic that had been torn in transit, but as there was no damage to the rug itself, I’m keeping my feedback overall positive.
