The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. The seller was very honest about the flaws, it was actually in much better shape than depicted and cleaned up very nicely. I would definitely do business with this seller again. The item came professionally packaged in a box with plenty of packing to protect the contents. Shipping was very quick and right on time. No surprises and as described. Terrific value. I wish everone was this honest.
