In the games, you can build custom plays and personalize your playbook. EA Sports continue to take their "Madden" game to the next level with improvements in overall gameplay. The gameflow system on the PlayStation makes crafting a situational game plan easier, smoother, and quicker. You do not have to sift through 300 different plays unless you choose to. Rather, each specific team comes with a default style of play that, again, you can easily customize. You spend time coming up with the perfect play or, instead, focus more on playing. For times when there is a penalty, "Madden NFL" has added a realistic touch, giving replay videos and screenshots of the infraction. Also, while playing on the PS2, there is a mini-game that can pop up based on a fumble. You’re then hurled into a hectic scramble to see who comes out on top, changing the course of the game. It’s a thrilling look at the intensity present in this game. Electronic Arts once again delivers an energetic sports game with "Madden NFL 11." The presentation has lasting value from the facial animation to the photorealistic images of NFL players. On the broadcast side, EA Tiburon has put in work into creating authentic-feeling, live commentary from the famed Gus Johnson.One of the interesting game plays "Madden" for the PlayStation offers is franchise mode. There are two different ways to handle this area of the video game. You can select your all-time favorite team and lead them to the championships, or you can build a roster from scratch. From here, "Madden" has given you 30 full seasons to play through year after year. If you plan to follow one player, try the character creator to make a "Madden NFL" superstar or a drafted rookie. Week to week, drive your player up in ratings all the way to the prestigious Hall of Fame. Whatever you decide, you are sure to enjoy hours of fun with this game.
