Big Love, Season 5 depicts the family struggling to protect their polygamous lifestyle as Bill Paxton takes a new job in the Utah State Senate, where his polygamy is criticized. The four-disc set of the drama, Big Love, is a commendable effort since the quality of audio and video is very good. Additionally, this four-disc set features an “Inside the episode” segment for each of the episodes of the season. Furthermore, this disc set of Big Love, Season 5 contains an “End of days” segment that discusses all the characters of the new season, and also discusses the most important plot points. Although some may feel that in its fifth season, Big Love had lost some of its appeal, it will still manage to captivate the attention of enthusiastic fans of the series.
