    Item arrived exactly as described. Seller's photos in the listing showed exactly what I was going to receive. Shipping was a bit steep, but not out of the realm of what was required to get the item safely to me. Item packaging was appropriate to avoid damage during shipping. Item price was incredible and even taking into account the fairly high shipping costs it still was an amazing value for the price. I am a repeat customer who will continue to shop this seller's items again in the future

    Package arrived safely. I had a bit of trouble getting projector to operate. Contacted the seller and he offered a full refund if I sent it back . Also offered to pay for shipping costs. Can’t ask for more than that . Would buy from him again due to him standing behind whatever he sells folks.

    Item works. Shipping was prompt. packaging was not very good. Toaster was bubble wrapped and USPS shipped loosely within a much larger cardboard box without secure rigid filler padding. Box was dented but we got lucky that no visible damage made it to the toaster!
